WBC Super Featherweight Champion O'Shaquie Foster (20-2 11KOs) and mandatory challenger Eduardo 'Rocky' Hernandez are set to have purse bid on August 8th. Foster is a free agent and Hernandez is signed to Matchroom.
Foster 29, a naive of Orange Texas, defeated Mexican two-division world champion Rey Vargas in February, to win the vacant World Boxing Council 130-pound belt at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. He will now comply with the first mandatory defense of his WBC belt.
Mexican Eduardo Hernández 25, reached number one spot in the WBC super lightweight rankings, achieving important victories during the past three years.
