Oscar Valdez Defeats Adam Lopez Again Over Ten Rounds

Former two division World Champion Oscar Valdez (31-1 23KOs) returns off a loss to Shakur Stevenson and 13 month layoff to defeat Adam Lopez (16-5 6KOs) by unanimous decision a rematch. Official scores were 98-92, 98-91 and 98-92.


Valdez 32, pressed the action while using a strong jab and his patent left hook. Lopez 27, display good lateral movement but didn't apply enough offense to deter Valdez.


Now, Valdez heads into a likely summer showdown with WBO Junior Lightweight Champion Emanuel Navarrete in a can't miss action packed fight.
