Former World Champion Luis Nery is Set to Fight Froilan Saludar on July 8th

Former two division World Champion Luis Nery (34-1 26KOs) will face the Philippino fringe contender Froilan Saludar (33-6-1 23KOs) on July 8th in Mexico. ESPN+ will stream this event presented by Zanfer Promotions.

Nery 28, is coming off a 11th knockout victory against Azat Hovhannisyan in a classic fight of the year candidate in February. With the win, became the WBC mandatory for unified Champion Stephen Fulton. Nery looks to keep busy while waiting for the outcome of the Super Fight between Fulton and Naoya Inoue on July 8th.
