Press Release:

World-class boxing is coming to Ghana this summer, as Legacy Promotions, in partnership with AK Promotions, today officially announces a major fight night on Friday 13th June 2025 - headlined by Andrew Tabiti vs Jacob Dickson and the long-awaited return of British fan-favourite Ohara Davies, broadcast live around the world on DAZN.

The event marks a historic moment for African boxing, with the continent set to host a night of elite international matchups, future world champions, and raw local pride - all under the promotional leadership of Amir Khan, who relaunches AK Promotions for the occasion.

In the main event, Andrew Tabiti (21-2, 17 KOs), the American former world title challenger known for his explosive power and smooth style, collides with Ghana’s own Jacob Dickson (14-1, 13 KOs)  in an 8-round cruiserweight clash that promises fireworks. With Dickson hungry to defend his home turf and Tabiti eager to reignite his world title journey, this is a must-watch moment on the road to global contention.

Co-headlining the night is the return of Ohara “Two Tanks” Davies (25-4, 18 KOs)  who ends his surprise retirement for a “bucket list” comeback bout against Tanzania’s Mohammed Aliseni (22-9-3, 13 KOs). Known for his knockout power and outspoken personality, Davies has long been one of British boxing’s most enigmatic figures - and fans will be watching closely as he steps back through the ropes in Ghana for one last run.

The undercard is stacked with African champions, Olympic pedigree, and future global stars:

Daniel Gorsh (15-0, 11 KOs) vs Theophilus Allotey (7-4) – 10 rounds (WBO Africa Bantamweight Title)

Ahmed Abdula (8-0, 7 KOs) vs Haruna Mohammed (5-1, 5 KOs) – 10 rounds (Ghana National Title)

Shiloh Defreitas (5-0, 3 KOs) vs Jessie Lartey (9-10) – 6 rounds

Kerem Ozmen (5-0) vs Jerry Lartey (6-0-1, 5 KOs)– 6 rounds

Radoslav Rosenov (1-0) vs Richman Ashelley (12-5, 11 KOs) – 6 rounds

Abu Kamoko (3-0, 3 KOs) vs Abdul ‘Boyka’ Salam – 4 rounds
